I. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND REPAIR

I.4. PAYMENTS

The order and payment can be made by the means available on site.
Payment is to be made to order, by paypal, credit card, check or bank transfer. No shipments will be made against payment.
In case of payment by check, the order will be processed upon receipt of the check. Consequently, the time limits in this case are those at the date of receipt of the check.
Of course all the information about our customers is kept strictly confidential ways and under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties. We do not store this information in a database and that is why we ask you to please give them back with every new order. I.5. DELIVERY

I.6. CLAIM

I.7. Retractions AND RETURNS

I.8. WARRANTY

I.9. REPAIR WARRANTY

Our repairs are warranted for two (2) months. Commercial or contractual warranty covers spare parts changed during repair. No warranty is applicable in case of abnormal use.

I.11. DISPUTES

I.12. DISPATCH OF PRODUCT OR EQUIPMENT

DiscountAToutPrix not be liable for any loss, damage, or any theft occurred during the transport of the material. The Buyer is obliged to use means of transport with tracking and / or insurance. No claims will be accepted without carrier tracking number


I.13. TIME FOR REPAIRS

The deadline for repairs is established as an indication by the technician during the analysis of the device. Each machine is processed in order of arrival. Therefore, no claim may be made in case of delay of the technical service. If the time is not suitable for the client, it is possible, on request, to retrieve his camera in carrying costs incurred. If DiscountAToutPrix did not make the repairs within a period of six weeks and the Purchaser wishes to retrieve his camera, no fee will be charged quotes.
